Jared is a Senior Vice President and Partner at ENCOR Advisors.

Jared provides commercial real estate advisory services to some of the fastest-growing organizations in the country. For almost two decades, he has amassed a wide variety of clients from small businesses to large national and international corporations alike.

A multi-market expert, Jared focuses on investment purchases and sales, tenant representation, relocations, subleases, lease restructurings, multi-office consolidations, and renewals for office, industrial, retail and investment clients.

Jared maintains strong relationships with his clients and brings tremendous value to his projects through sharp negotiation skills and dynamic energy. His individualized real estate strategies have been proven to boost his clients’ objectives and elevate their long-range business goals.

When not working with clients, Jared can be found spending time with his wife and children, playing tennis, skiing or attending Raptors games.
