Prior to joining ENCOR in 2021, Jordan worked in financial services, working at the National Bank of Canada’s TMT investment banking group and CPPIB’s private equity secondaries group. Jordan combines comprehensive financial analysis with real estate advisory, allowing his clients to make the best-informed real estate decisions that align with business objectives. Jordan can simplify complex situations to deliver optimal results to his clients. His focus includes owner-user dispositions, lease renewals, restructuring and relocations, portfolio optimization, and valuations.
