Makaila Atsonglo

As a marketing associate, Makaila excels at communicating ENCOR’s key goals— long-lasting client relations and success. Passionate about storytelling through her background in English Literature and Communications, Makaila curates creative initiatives and supports administrative responsibilities. She generates content across social media platforms to enhance ENCOR’s relationship with clients. 

Makaila has previously worked in B2B DEI consulting as an analyst, where she researched DEI frameworks to create trainings and provide recommendations to HR professionals with the goal of improving workplace inclusion. She also has experience content marketing for small local businesses tailored to their individual needs, specialties and goals.

Outside of the office, Makaila enjoys travelling to new places, playing trivia, analyzing fashion trends, hiking and trying new recreational activities with friends.
