Noah Nimer

As a Business Development Representative at ENCOR, Noah supports the team by identifying new opportunities and expanding ENCOR’s client base.

He brings a background in real estate development, property management, leasing, and corporate development, with experience supporting acquisitions, new developments, and expansion strategies through market research and financial analysis.

Noah was actively involved with the Real Estate Students’ Association at the University of Guelph, which helped shape the analytical, relationship-driven approach he brings to his work today.

Throughout his academic and professional career, Noah has been recognized for strong leadership, initiative, and clear communication, including experience holding executive positions within student organizations. He values attention to detail and building meaningful relationships in every opportunity he pursues.

Noah is passionate about giving back to the community through initiatives such as Movember, local food banks, and the Canadian Cancer Society.

Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
