Lauren Peters

Lauren is an Associate of Special Projects at ENCOR Advisors.

Lauren works alongside Tim Bell and Abe Abudaiah, where she focuses on outreach to expand ENCOR’s client base. With prior experience in sales and marketing roles across tobacco, telecommunications, and financial services, she has developed a strong foundation in relationship-building and understands the positive impact that strong connections have on business. She also values creativity and differentiation as key factors in attracting and retaining clients.

Known for her interpersonal skills, organization, and leadership abilities, Lauren brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to every engagement.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis with friends and family, cheering for the Cincinnati Bengals during NFL season, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
