Blake is a Vice President and Partner at ENCOR Advisors.

Blake has over a decade of experience acting in a tenant consultation and advisory role for his clients, completing 500+ transactions. He specializes in strategic long-term planning, transaction management, market analytics, contract negotiation and space disposition for office and industrial corporate space users.

Blake has successfully completed large space dispositions for Yellow Pages and OCAD University. At their respective times, both spaces were the largest available sublease opportunities in the Toronto CBD. He also successfully represented Reed Jones Christoffersen with their 60,000 square foot relocation within the Toronto Financial Core, and the disposition of their previous office space.

In 2019 and 2022, Blake was awarded the CoStar PowerBroker Award in Office Lease Transactions of the Greater Toronto Area.
