With a strong background in operations management, she oversees day-to-day functions, full-cycle onboarding, event coordination, and cross-functional team support. Her experience spans the edtech, sales, and international education sectors, where she has consistently streamlined workflows, managed stakeholder relationships, and ensured seamless experiences for both staff and clients.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies from York University, with a focus in Children’s Studies, and has further developed her skill set through UX Design certifications from Google Creative Campus — reflecting her commitment to understanding people and improving the experiences around them.

Outside of work, Brittany is passionate about photography, design, and continuous learning. She is always seeking new ways to grow both personally and professionally, and brings that same curiosity and creativity to everything she does at ENCOR.
