Rob is an Executive Vice President and Managing Partner at ENCOR Advisors.

Prior to founding ENCOR in 2021, Rob spent the first 13 years of his career at Devencore where he underwent their real estate training program and became one of the firm’s emerging leaders. Throughout Rob’s career he has worked diligently on behalf of his clients to deliver them optimal results where business needs and real estate needs align. His focus includes site selection, location strategy & workplace strategy, portfolio optimization, lease renewals, restructuring and relocations, disposition, valuation etc.

Rob has been awarded CoStar Power Broker of the Year (2019) – an annual reward that recognizes and celebrates the top commercial real estate brokers in Canada and the United States. This prestigious award acknowledges individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases. He has also earned numerous accolades in his career including a nomination for SIOR Broker of the Year 2018, Devencore Broker of the Year 2016, 2017 and 2018, and ENCOR Gold Medalist 2021 & 2022.
